I understand that diigo is a great way to share resources from the web with others, but have you looked at Google Chrome for bookmarking sites? If you log into chrome with a Google account you can log in anywhere and have those same bookmarks, as well as your apps. My diigo account pops up every time I log into Google Chrome.
